Responsibilities:
* Provide application engineering support to customers; understand and solve issues related to applying company products for their needs
* Install engines and related equipment at customers' premises in accordance with company standards
* Give advice to customers to ensure optimal engine performance
* Advise service partners and customers on maintenance and repair works in accordance with company standards
Requirements:
* Application engineering skills; ability to promote and develop technical understanding and solutions to customers
* Technical ability to understand engine mechanics and technology
* Familiarity with industrial off-highway market in Japan
* Comprehensive English and Japanese language skills
