- A leading media organization is searching for a highly experienced financial professional with the skills necessary to take up the position of FP&A Associate Director. In this role, you will manage the strategic and financial direction of the North East Asia market, including Japan and Korea,

Responsibilities:
* Be responsible for NEA market strategic and commercial finance support as well as financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
* Support management decision-making by providing business analysis, evaluations and meaningful recommendations for existing businesses and various ad hoc commercial opportunities
* Work on new/existing business and special projects focusing on business plans and models including review/preparation of multi-year P&L, IRR & NPV, valuation analysis
* Lead annual budgets and 3-5 long-range business plans; forecast for existing and new businesses
Requirements:
* Degree in accounting/finance/business; preferably CA or MBA
* 10-12 years' work experience; 7-8 years' relevant experience with financial management in a MNC environment
* Strong analytical/problem solving skills with a good business acumen
* Interpersonal skills; ability to work with colleagues at all levels
