- A multinational consumer goods company is searching for a skilled financial professional with experience at a foreign capital company to join them as the Category Finance Manager. In this position, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to use their strong financial planning and reporting experience in an international environment.

Responsibilities:
* Provide financial analysis and decision support to the category marketing manager and counsel them on the financial matters
* Direct the financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes for the defined category and geography
* Prepare in depth and insightful analysis of business results, including the identification of opportunities and risks together with recommendation for actions
* Review major marketing proposals and challenge assumptions and projected financial and business results to ensure the most effective use of resources
* Review trade spending that falls outside pre-approved limits and maintain strong linkages to the area/BU sales controllers
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or master's degree/MBA in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration - CPA/CFA/ACCA certificate is a plus
* 6-8 years of financial planning and reporting experience in an international environment
* A minimum of 8 years' people management experience
* A track record of successfully managing a P&L of reasonable size, coupled with solid understanding of key drivers of business profitability
* Expert knowledge and experience with SAP
* English fluency
