Responsibilities:
* Provide complex financial analysis
* Establish and maintain relationships with business leaders to guide and influence decision making within a limited scope
* Provide analytic support for business initiatives; represent a sub-function within finance for a particular business
* Identify issues and propose solutions
* Provide mentoring and guidance to entry level analysts
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree with an economic focus; advanced degree or accounting certification preferred
* 4+ years' experience as a financial analyst
* Experienced in more than one finance function
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
* Strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
