募集背景
A multinational technology company is searching for an experienced field service engineer to join them as the Service Support Engineer. The ideal candidate for this position will be an individual with strong customer facing talents and business English skills.
仕事内容
Responsibilities:

* Analyse the daily report from smart service; give advice to customers to reduce sudden machine downtime
* Have discussions with customers based on monthly reports and set action plans for further trouble reduction
* Provide break fix assistance as needed when remote support is not sufficient

Requirements:

* Relevant degree in mechanical engineering, robotics, electronics or a related field
* 3+ years' experience as a field service engineer for industrial machines
* Work experience at a Gaishi-kei (foreign invested company)
* Overseas experience is desirable
* Fluent Japanese and strong English skills
