The company needs a candidate with prior hands-on experience in the design and development of manufacturing processes in the flat panel display industry. Primary responsibilities focus on the development and production ramp of new process technology.

Responsibilities:
* Participate in the development and engineering of process technology and equipment to enable new features for display and sensor modules of company products
* Partner with engineering teams to evaluate various process technologies, equipment design, and suppliers, and identify/select the best method for mass production
* Drive equipment/material suppliers to develop reliable, high-throughput, mass production-capable equipment that delivers tightly controlled process performance
* Lead the roll-out of equipment, materials, and processes across the display supply chain
Requirements:
* A BS, MS, or PhD in mechanical engineering, physics, electrical engineering, chemistry/chemical engineering, or other similar field
* 5+ years of hands-on experience in the design and development of manufacturing processes and/or equipment in the flat panel display, plastic touch sensor, solar cell, LED, semiconductor, or other similar industry
* Experience in one or more of the following preferred - bonding, lamination, PVD, CVD, inkjet printing, screen printing, etching, cleaning, thermal processing, laser processing, or roll-to-roll processing
* Demonstrated ability to perform tolerance risk stack-up, DOE, SPC, data analysis, and failure analysis is essential
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential to this role; fluency in multiple languages preferred, including Chinese, Korean, and/or Japanese
