This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned financial professional with bilingual Japanese/English skills to take the helm of financial operations at a major international organization.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with employees and stakeholders as well as key personnel at head office finance team
* On approval by the CEO, implement plans and strategies to contribute to the overall strategic direction and leadership of the company
* Coordinate the month end and year end processes to ensure information is provided in the formal and timeframes as required by management and the head office
* Regularly review cash flow position to ensure accuracy of forecasts and optimal cash flow position
* Ensure all projects are successfully delivered within budget, on time and in line with expectations and in accordance with the project brief
Requirements:
* Fully Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified
* 5+ years' accounting and finance experience with strong financial management ability
* Proven knowledge and understanding of a broad range of accounting and financial management principles
* Knowledge of new Japanese GAAP; exposure to IFRS standards
* Bilingual Japanese and English language ability
