To succeed in this position you should have 10+ years' sales/marketing experience and be willing to put your negotiation skills to great use.

Responsibilities:
* Develop business in Japan with a focus on strong sales results
* Formulate a sales plan, focusing on expanding the customer base; implement the plan with the support of the technical support and operation team
* Conduct market research and industry analysis; recognize new market trends and opportunities to improve sales and market share
* Understand, analyse, and interpret complex material requirements of new customers/new products/new business opportunities; propose new material solutions based on clients' needs
* Fully realise growth potential of assigned accounts
Requirements:
* 10+ years' sales/marketing experience
* A bachelor's degree (chemical) preferred
* Native level Japanese and English proficiency
* Solid communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
* A sound technical background and strong analytical skills
