- A global pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced professional to join their team in an R&D Application Solutions role. To be considered for this position you will have substantial work experience in a similar role and expertise in business processes/IT system design. Once on board you will lead development systems and technical solutions in R&D.

Responsibilities:
* Lead development systems and technical solutions in the R&D area
* Lead and manage projects and change initiatives in the R&D application scope
* Provide maintenance, lifecycle management, and system support using BBS standard procedures and tools
* Deliver service and products, ensuring cost competitiveness, customer satisfaction, and compliance
* Collaborate actively and effectively with the IT community including other Japan IT teams, other IT APAC organizations, and global IT teams
* Vendor management and application management
Requirements:
* A relevant university degree or equivalent
* At least 5 years' professional business experience; at least 2 years' business process experience; 2 years' IT system design, development, implementation, and support experience
* International exposure
* Strong project management skills
* Strong proficiency in English and Japanese
