- An Accounting Assistant Manager role has arisen at a global consumer goods company based in Tokyo. Seeking a strong candidate with substantial business experience in accounting with emphasis on account receivables and bilingual communication ability to perform wide ranging tasks, from implementing new POS and ERP systems to managing financial affairs to implementing policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
* Ensure that cash application and all expenses booked through AR are on line with the WW COA and policies
* Manage communication from AR team to stores and other related teams within the company and to necessary third parties
* Ensure that sales is booked on time and correctly conducting possible sales audits
* Prepare AR reports and journalize monthly closing adjustments
* Support cash flow forecasts with data from AR
Requirements:
* CPA or USCPA is a plus
* More than 3 years of accounting experience with emphasis on account receivables
* Solid understanding and experience in ERP implementation for improving accounting/finance processes
* Previous work experience in a consulting firm preferred
* Staff and team management experience is a plus
