募集背景: A leading global chemical organization is searching for an individual with sales and marketing experience to join them in the role of Sales Manager. In this position, you will have the opportunity to use your English skills alongside your sales and management expertise to implement sales plans for an international leader.

仕事内容: Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement commercial development/marketing programs in Japan ensuring compliance with the global and regional strategy
* Initiate, support and coordinate new product development or innovation projects for key segments
* Design the key sales plan and manage key sales activities, closely communicating with the regional and global team to cope with client growth
* Provide sales and logistics support; interface with other business units for forecasting, sample management, sales tool management, customer complaint management, etc.
* Provide marketing support in terms of advertising, literature, direct mail, trade shows and major customer presentations

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree
* 5+ years' experience in sales and/or marketing preferably in the food and/or active pharmaceutical ingredients market
* Demonstrated ability to manage projects in a local matrix environment
* English skills (TOEIC 740+)
