- The candidate who joins this global chemical company as Technical Service Manager will provide high quality technical services, identify unmet local technical needs, and coordinate regulatory matters including quasi-drug registration. Seeking an individual with work experience in the personal care industry and good bilingual communication skills.

Responsibilities:
* Provide technical services in product production and build strong customer networks
* Play a key role in presenting the company's technologies to the Japanese market, during customer visits, workshops, technical open days, trade shows, and conferences
* Find unmet local technical needs and develop opportunities
* Coordinate regulatory matters
* Modify technical information provided by HQ, tangible and non-tangible, making it more suitable for Japanese customers
Requirements:
* 5+ years' work experience in the personal care industry; skilful in the field of technical services and formulation development
* A master's degree plus a major in (fine) chemistry, biology, agriculture, material science, or pharmacy
* Japanese regulatory experience, including QD
* English and Japanese communication skills
* Experience working in a multicultural environment
