募集背景
An exciting Design Engineer role has recently emerged at an industrial manufacturer. The company is searching for an experienced professional who will drive the design and development work and strive for continuous improvements in the design area regarding performance, cost, quality, design lead-time, and documentation.
仕事内容
Responsibilities:

* Ensure that design work is in line with design strategy and that design work adheres to company processes
* Actively interact with other design areas within the global SED network
* Highlight risks in projects and product changes if design solutions deviate from specifications and technical targets
* Perform follow-up in the design area with regard to FSM issues, PSM issues, PS issues, and MTBF target fulfilment
* Approve or review reports, design specifications, and technical solutions

Requirements:

* 3-5 years' experience in technical product development with similar complexity as company's products, technical project management or similar
* Experience with mobile applications in a demanding environment is advantageous
* Good general technical knowledge and skills in project/product development
* Fluent Japanese, verbal and written
* Working knowledge of English also required, as English is the corporate language
