Responsibilities:
* Process and review accounts payable transactions for proper coding and approvals
* Work with other sister companies to reconcile and clear the intercompany transactions during a monthly closing process
* Prepare accounts payable and accrued expense reconciliation on a monthly basis as a monthly balance sheet reconciliation task
* Maintain sub-ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions
* Process and review inventory transactions; develop and maintain standard costs for COGS and inventory valuation
* Review and verify the purchase price variances for month-end closing
* Assist with month and year-end closings and preparations for tax returns as well as various audits
Requirements:
* 3+ years' accounting/finance experience
* A practical understanding of supply chain operations, order taking, logistics etc. is preferred
* Boki grade 3/equivalent or higher
* Intermediate English (reading/writing)
