Responsibilities:
* Lead all financial activities such as financial planning, monthly closing, variance analysis and reporting
* Become a trusted financial advisor to the local business leadership team; provide financial assistance, analysis and support
* Provide financial analysis and modelling for key strategic business cases
* Participate and lead finance projects
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
* 6+ years' of demonstrated work experience in financial analysis and reporting and/or controllership; preferably with prior work experience in accounting
* Experience working with large amounts of data and interpreting it into insights
* Highly developed analytical and organizational skills
* Fluent Japanese; fluent English
