- An exciting Marketing Operations Manager role has emerged at a global bio-pharmaceutical company. Seeking a candidate with proven experience in marketing operations and/or strategic planning to establish, monitor, and enhance commercial business processes and standards by continually tracking and seeking further improvement in order to maximize the Marketing function's impact.

Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain business processes that ensure best practices in commercial planning and campaign management; streamline and simplify processes wherever possible
* Create and maintain metrics reports on the cost effectiveness and business impact of Marketing
* Align brand planning improvement initiatives with Marketing capability building priorities
* Analyse marketing and sales data to develop insight and make recommendations on areas for optimization
* Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize Marketing team performance
Requirements:
* A BS/MS in marketing or a related field
* Proven experience in marketing operations and/or strategic planning
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* A highly motivated self-starter with business level English skills
* Lean marketing/6-sigma experience preferred but not essential
