Objective
Assist Country General Manager in HR Management; responsible for formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures, work as business partner with the Management and functional heads to provide guidance and support to meet the company goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
(1) Responsible for formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures according to the guidelines from the headquarter and the local regulatory requirements.
(2) Responsible for manpower planning, employee separation and orientation
(3) Manage monthly payroll administration, formulate compensation and benefits programs that are in line with the OS HR guidelines and local market situation. Perform salary review, implement it.
(4) Implement the performance management system, coach line managers to do performance planning and evaluation. Facilitate the performance calibration meeting for the management team.
(5) Devise employee relations and sustainability programs to enhance employee engagement and company branding.

(1)Professional Knowledge
Well versed with local employment ordinance and market people management practices
(2)Working Experience
6 years or above HR generalist experience with at least 2 years in managerial roles
(3)English proficiency
Business Level (TOEC735 and above)
(4)Japanese proficiency
Native
(5)Others
Proactive, flexible to adjust to changes; good communication and analytical skills
