Responsibilities:
* Cooperate with the Japan sales director in order to understand the market trends in the region and customize programs as needed; attend sales meetings to discuss the short and long term business plans of the company in the region
* Develop, present and recommend regional marketing plans and strategies
* Manage and balance regional field marketing budgets and expenditure
* Develop and execute campaigns to stimulate business expansion in the region
* Report on the impact of the marketing programs in the local market in order to develop continuous improvements based on results
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
* High business English
* At least 5 years' experience in marketing; 3+ years' hands on experience in proven strategic planning
* Ability to travel outside Japan for meetings and training
* Experience or an understanding of mergers and acquisitions and/or investment banking would be an added advantage
