Responsibilities:
* Lead customer problem-solving activities for customers, working with the QA team to identify root cause(s) and generate corrective action plan
* Lead the manufacturing process efficiently from the product quality point of view to build high quality products that meet customer specifications
* Formulate and maintain quality objectives in compliance with corporate policies and goals
* Develop and initiate standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation
* Design and implement quality training for engineers and production workers
Requirements:
* A BA in engineering or a college degree in engineering
* 3-5 years' experience in plant QC or QA
* Familiarity with ISO 9001/TS16949 application to a facility and/or process
* Significant experience working with sheet metal
* A self-starter with excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Japanese
