A global apparel company is hiring a Finance Manager to prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, prepare cash forecast, and perform a wide range of additional related duties.

Responsibilities:
* Report to management regarding company finances, including revenues, expenses, AR, client summaries, etc.
* Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
* Manage the approval and payment of expenses for the Japanese entity; manage payroll and benefits for vendors
* Reconcile various intercompany transactions and balances
* Review all employee expense reports; assist in the preparation of tax filing
Requirements:
* A certified accountant with an accounting or finance degree
* At least 7 years' accounting/finance experience, with 4 years of as a finance manager
* Experience in both trade accounting and manufacturing accounting
* Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with JDEdwards and E1 a plus
* Experience setting up new companies in Japan
