- Seeking a candidate with an educational background in finance & controlling plus professional experience to join a leading commercial vehicle manufacturer as FP&A Manager. You will have the opportunity to manage and motivate a team of 5+ and take the lead in developing new controlling and reporting processes.

Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and promote assigned staff; ensure efficient internal communication; comply with all company and location wide regulations and guidelines
* Manage and further optimize existing/develop new controlling and reporting processes; take the lead and participate in projects related to controlling matters
* Report on financial and non-financial matters to relevant organizational units
* Review monthly management reporting and ad-hoc reporting
* Advise other offices and departments to achieve target agreements
Requirements:
* An educational background in finance & controlling, business administration or equivalent studies, plus a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in a related field (accounting, controlling, tax)
* Persons with actual staff management experience are strongly preferred
* Strong communication skills and excellent business etiquette
* Highly accurate and analytical with strong presentation skills
* An international mindset and cross-cultural communication skills
