- A multinational biopharmaceutical organization is searching for an individual with deep experience in financial management and fluent English skills to take a leading position with their team in Japan as the Finance Director. Responsibilities:
* Lead the financial business partnership team
* Provide the company's financial quarterly forecast as well as the annual/long range budgeting and planning process
* Provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management including the preparation of financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, industry/peer group comparisons, new business opportunities, acquisition analysis and other projects requested by senior management
* Act as the analytical engine of the Finance function and provide insights and support as well as optimal business decision making
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
* 8+ years' in financial management; 5+ years' in a senior management position
* Accounting and transactional experience and understanding
* Fluent written and spoken English
* Good command of Excel and PowerPoint; experienced ERP/data warehouse/Hyperion user
