Ensure compliance with Group standards and internal specifications for all products getting out of filling / packing lines.
- Understand Group Quality & Food Safety standards (esp. GMP and FSI Site requirements) as well as internal specifications.
- Be involved in the review of existing specifications and definition of new specifications for new projects / products / filling and packing equipment.
- Participate to the overall risk assessment for every new project.
- Measure compliance of finished products vs. internal specifications.
- Be the internal interface of Consumer Care Office team for consumer & customer complaints related to filling and packing processes.
- Communicate with factory teams about non compliance and complaints.
- Identify gaps and lead the root cause analysis when non compliance or complaints are reported, drive improvements with packing teams (Cell 1 / Cell 2), project team, maintenance team.

- 必須

- Previous experience in food industry requested.
- Good understanding of filling and packing processes and equipment.
- Basic knowledge in microbiology is a plus.
- Quality competencies : HACCP, ISO, hygiene, statistic tools.
- Rational thinking, fact-based analytical capability.
- Rigorous & systematic approach
- Strong skills for root cause analysis (Ishikawa diagram, 5M analysis).
- Experience of continuous improvements & problem solving methods (PDCA).
- Leadership, to drive other teams for continuous improvement.
- Good communication skills, incl. explanation & persuasion.
- Open to new challenges, curious to learn more.
