Job Mission;
1.Drives continuous improvement and factory performance excellence
2.Implements innovative/sustainable methods, tools and management models
Key Responsibilities;
・Implements lean tools and methods to maximize efficiency of plant operations and minimize waste of all kinds
・Acts as internal trainer/coach in area of lean methods
・Leads / supervizes performance and productivity projects in order to optimize cost-impacting operational activities and cost saving processes
・Contributes to products superiority with shop floor focused quality control
・Initiates and defines programs used to support continuous improvement programs such as Kaizen
・Co-responsible with plant manager for plant’s operational KPIs
・Co-responsible with HR for people capabilities development
・Contributes to creation of an environmentally friendly plant

- 必須

Experience in a management position (at least 3 years)
Knowledge of
1. Lean tools
2. Non-hierarchical leadership
2. Technological and engineering processes basic knowledge
3. Managerial capabilities (project management, suppliers management)
4. Quality assurance systems awareness
English language
Presentation skills and ability to lead meeting
Ability to conduct training sessions
Computer skills (MS Office)
