Responsibilities:
* Control and coordinate the accounts payable and purchase functions within the business; verify that invoiced quantities and unit prices agree with quantities ordered and received and unit prices quoted on purchase orders
* Ensure that accounts receivable are processed in a timely and efficient manner; coordinate with customers for the collection schedule
* Audit invoices before processing payment; analyse tax invoices to ensure compliance with tax law and ensure that the requirements for proper authorization are met
* Prepare/review monthly account reconciliations; provide management report & analysis to local/regional/group business team
* Manage regular payment for office operations and employee expenses
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above with a major in Accounting or Finance
* 5+ years' accounting/finance experience
* Familiarly/working experience with WOFE, SAP concepts and applications preferred
* G&A or HR experience beneficial
* Good English skill; experience overseas is a plus
