- An excellent operation controller role in Japan has just arisen at one of the worlds leading automotive companies. Seeking a candidate with a background in financial reporting to perform a diverse range of tasks ranging from monitoring expenses to identifying cost saving options.

Responsibilities:
* Monthly & year-end reporting (IAS)
* Controlling OPEX and cash/inventory in Japan, such as:
* Monitoring expense and sharing related reports timely with right people to drive mindset of controlling expenses, or to find some new ideas for low cost / better operations.
* Initiative taking to find cost saving proposal
* Save financial expenses such as interest expenses for factoring, by reliable prediction of liquidity.
* Analyzing actual data and making reliable forecast on revenue, costs, profit, and cash/working capital
* Analyzing internal processes related finance, including inter-company processes in AL/MM group when necessary, to improve productivity or to reduce costs.
Requirements:
* Fluent in English spoken and reading/writing
* Sufficient understanding of Japanese GAAP & IAS/IFRS
* Min. 5 years' financial reporting experience including self data analysis and/or audit experience with an international company
* Familiarity with accounting processes
