Responsibilities:
* Drive and lead the discussion, resource allocation and implementation in the business franchise (BF) to achieve business goals and financial targets
* Lead the one-year budget and 5-year strategic business planning together with BF and other functions
* Drive standardization, simplification, and automation of reports and processes to easily identify business risks and opportunities
* Lead companywide productivity initiatives to accelerate resource reallocation and strategic investment
* Take a leadership role in cross-functional and cross-divisional projects
Requirements:
* Familiarity with business and partnering in an operational company or professional firm
* An analytical thinker with a financial background
* Project management knowledge/experience
* English presentation skills
* People management experience preferred
