Responsibilities:
o Increase the company's brand presence and equity in Japan
o Function as a full fledged member of the sales, marketing and strategy teams in Japan as well as the global communications team; provide insight and input on key marketing programs requiring marketing communications support
o Develop strategic marketing communications plans
o Support the development and implementation of an internal communications strategy by working closely with the company's senior management, human resources and the global associate communications team
o Lead and develop a team of communications professionals

o10+ years experience in advertising or marketing
oEnglish ability sufficient for international communication (TOEIC 800+)
