- A global computer & network security company is seeking an experienced, results-driven candidate to join the team as Staff Accountant. Responsibilities:
* Prepare journal entries and timely closing of monthly financial statements
* Perform account reconciliations and analytical reviews
* Prepare intercompany transactions including the creation and execution of invoices in a timely manner
* Assist payroll with employee inquiries and onboarding
* Manage prepaid assets and fixed assets in Oracle
* Maintain and strengthen internal controls over areas of responsibilities, and ensure compliance with SOX
Requirements:
* 1-3 years' accounting experience; CPA or MBA preferred
* A BA/BS, preferably in accounting or finance
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including identification and analysis
* Fluent in business English TOEIC 700+ preferred
* Excel proficiency; experience using a large ERP system (e.g., Oracle, Peoplesoft, JD Edwards)
