Seeking an experienced Finance Manager who will be tasked with providing accurate and timely financial information and insights, among other tasks. The ideal candidate will bring his/her strong financial analysis skills and partner with people at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:
* Develop timely and actionable information for annual and quarterly forecasts; lead business plans, strategic plans, and actual results for brand teams and projects
* Understand and provide insights on the CNS market, its opportunities and its competition
* Manage all accounting, planning, budgeting, and financial reporting policies, procedures, and systems in line with company policies and practices
* Ensure financial compliance and control, adhering to health care compliance obligations, Sarbanes Oxley, and other audit requirements
Requirements:
* Exceptional financial analysis skills
* An undergraduate degree
* Experience in a controlling function in a strategic business support area
* Preferred: a finance degree/certification, preferably a CPA, CMA, and/or MBA
* Preferred: strong leadership skills to drive the commercial team, plus communication skills in both English and Japanese
