This is a highly dynamic role suitable for a candidate with dealership knowledge and relationship building skills.

Responsibilities:
* Implement radical change management programmes at dealerships throughout Japan to align global branding policy
* Address customer service and technical management issues through explanations based on deep industry knowledge
* Change the attitudes and actions of dealership personnel to present a unified message, reduce service times, costs, and technical misunderstandings
Requirements:
* Able to keep together complex missions consisting of several components
* A strong understanding of the dealership world, especially service and technical aspects
* Strong relationship building and communication skills
* Able to multitask and manage numerous projects while teaching and motivating others
* A solid command of spoken and written English
