- An international organization responsible for a number of tourism and entertainment attractions famous across the world is searching for an individual with strong financial experience to join their team in the role of Financial Controller. This position involves managing the finances of an exciting upcoming attraction.

Responsibilities:
* Compile, analyse and report on the financial performance of resort operating departments
* Provide business insight utilising historical data and best information to forecast trends for revenue and cost management
* Oversee the financial management of the hotel and support the hotel general manager on all financial matters
* Support business process improvement efforts including projects to enhance automation, quality and efficiency
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, business or a closely related field
* 5+ years' progressive experience in accounting, financial reporting and financial systems
* Strong analytical and decision making skills as well as advanced technical skillset; knowledge of databases (TM1, Access)
* Valid driver's license and passport
* Fluent Japanese; strong English (TOEIC 850+)
