Responsibilities:
oEstablish relationships and engage with the business and IT management level to identify opportunities
oSell the company's products and services direct to existing accounts
oEstablish and lead teams of internal and external resources to identify, pursue and close specific opportunities consistent with account strategies
oPromptly resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with the company's products and services
oEnsure accurate and timely forecasts in SalesForce.com and report to management

oBachelor's degree or equivalent experience
o3-6 years' sales experience, 2+ years software sales
oTrack record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in excess of $1 million a year
