Position purpose:
This position holder helps the organization and management improve their performance,
primarily through the analysis of the existing business organization and problems. Also helps
them develop plans for improvement in strategy, organization, and performance optimization.
These consultancy projects may also include their implementation and follow-up.
Major tasks and responsibilities of position:
- Analyze and identify the strategic issues, opportunities and risks internally and externally to
support the organization and management for effective decision making and
establishment/implementation of the business plans.
- Provide strategic solutions to the business issues and challenges in order to achieve the
management goals both in short and in mid-long term by driving/leading strategic initiatives
with internal/external stakeholders.
- Develop new business opportunities, models, schemes, and/or other focused strategies for
sustainable growth of the company.

- 必須

- More than 10 years experiences in a senior management or leader position of a global
pharmaceutical company or business consultancy
- Communication and presentation skills both in Japanese and English
- Financial knowledge preferable
- Graduation from university essential
- MBA holder desirable
- Consultancy experiences
- Strong leadership with a drive for business success
- Logical, conceptual and analytical thinking
- Matured personality (rich in humanity)
- Strategic mindset and business insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills
