Responsibilities:
* Manage team, resources and budgets and monitor Japan CBT gross merchandising value (GMV) and revenue from managed company sellers
* Manage company seller portfolios to grow both GMV and number of new sellers; identify and evaluate area of opportunities to help sellers and new merchants succeed
* Collaborate with internal teams such as merchandising, marketing, customer services, trust & safety teams to collectively support sellers through seller programs and innovative solutions that meet or exceed seller requirements
* Develop necessary infrastructure and solutions to help sellers in each segmentation and/or seller life cycle succeed
* Ensure business objectives are met through a combination of market analysis, project planning, and execution, and improve the effectiveness of programs and initiatives
Requirements:
* Strong project management skills; capable of effectively managing cross-functional teams and outsourced vendors
* Strong preference given to candidates who are sellers with the company
* Exceptional oral and written business communication and presentation skills, English and Japanese; must be able to confidently communicate with international staff and stakeholders
* Excellent analytical skills; will analyze business situations in terms of planning, execution, and evaluation
* A proactive team player proficient in MS Excel
