Responsibilities:
Conduct microbiological analysis (challenge test, control test, identification test) in sterile conditions and in accordance with established procedures and protocols (in particular quality assurance and traceability rules)
Interpret the results of antimicrobial protection assessment tests (challenge test)
Provide consultation to formulator to optimize antimicrobial protection for their formula
Manage international micro laboratories and participate in discussions regarding sub-contracted laboratories
Lead simplification and efficiency management of work environment (work flow assessment, request control, facility/equipment maintenance) in both the quality and safety areas
Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree in microbiology, or strong experience in microbiology testing
Experience working with biosafety level 2 precautions
ISO11930 or equivalent experience and manufacturing knowledge in microbiology (manipulations in sterile conditions, cleanliness checks, counts, identification, etc.)
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills; English skills suitable for global communication (TOEIC ~700)
Experience in pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industries with knowledge of preservative systems preferred
