募集要項

仕事内容
Responsibilities:

Provide technical advice to dealer personnel on vehicle repairs and diagnoses, aiming for a 'fix it right the first time' approach
Process dealer field product reports per guidelines
Conduct technical meetings with senior technicians
Conduct technical investigations based on requests from JMLIT and the Police and Fire Department
Provide technical support to other functions such as marketing, events, PR, and new model R&D

Requirements:

A team player with strong business English skills (TOEIC 600+)
3rd grade national automotive technician certificate
5+ years' experience as a technician at a Japanese automotive firm or an importer
Computer literate in Windows applications (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint; Access proficiency preferred)
Proven problem-solving skills; strong written and verbal communication skills
