Sales & Marketing Manager

募集要項

仕事内容
Responsibilities:

Understand customer needs; watch market trends
Plan sales forecast and sales activities; create documents and leaflets for customers; monitor and analyze sales results; report on business opportunities to managers and business units
Implement pricing strategy
Collect market information; analyze competitors' products
Support and cooperate with customer service to improve productivity of sales team

Requirements:

A native Japanese speaker fluent in English
A technical background (engineer or chemist) with good commercial understanding and some years' experience in sales of technical products; and/or a business degree with solid technical knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented with strong strategic thinking skills
Frequent travel is required
