The purpose of the Business Development Manager is to identify new business opportunities within the market to expand our business and achieve financial growth. The Business Development Manager’s main role is to search for new opportunities and clients by detailed market analysis, networking, cold calling and other means and create the opportunity for the Sales team to pitch our products.
The Business Development Manager works closely with all departments within the company to ensure they have the latest information on design, production, material and installation methods that will help in generating new possibilities.

Develop a thorough understanding of potential and target organizations and focus on key decision to develop relationships that will put the company at the forefront of their mind as solution providers

◆Experience / Knowledge
• 10 to 15 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing or Tendering within the construction industry
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business Development and marketing
• Experience marketing engineering and/or construction, or technical solutions within construction services industry and target markets required
• Proven track record of securing sales of complex offerings from top level management
• Demonstrated sales lead development and account cultivation
