- 仕事内容

・Lead the tax and legal entities integration of the current acquisition in Japan; act as the tax point person for both the company and the acquired businesses
・Manage various tax matters, income, transactional, withholding, payroll, etc.
・Manage all compliance functions in Japan, including preparation, review, and oversight of tax return preparation
・Determine the intercompany transfer pricing adjustments
・Participate in yearly budgeting processes and on-going forecasts

・Accountancy or finance with sufficient tax related courses
・Understanding of US GAAP, JP GAAP tax accounting theories&working knowledge
・Understanding of Japanese and U.S. tax laws/regulations

・Completely bilingual, English and Japanese, able to confidently speak, read, and write both languages
・Sufficient understanding of both Japanese and U.S. tax laws and regulations
・A detail oriented, hands-on, and analytical tax professional
