Responsibilities:
Sale and Formulate propose and communicate the Bio-Plastic business objectives in Japan in line with the global PLA strategy.
Constantly monitor competition and business environment, adapting tactics and strategy accordingly. Clear internal communication on eventual changes.
Establish and strengthen the relationship with the government (e.g. METI) to influence the perception of PLA and Bio-Plastics
Develop and regularly updates business- and account-plans in line with overall strategy.
Builds on and ensures integration of global Bio-Plastics support functions (e.g. Producer Management) with local support functions in Japan.
Use global processes to ensure a smooth customer support and internal administration to and strengthen the image

Requirements:
Education
Degree in Polymer-Science, Chemical and/or Mechanical Engineering in addition ideally a sales education

Qualifications and experience
-The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience within technical B2B polymer sales. You have good understanding of Plastics in one or two application(s). You have good know how of the polymer market in Japan and Basic English skills (willing to improve English).
