≪Employee Relations コンサルタント≫
The JAPAN Employee Relations Consultant provides “hands on” support for employees, people managers and business leaders in the resolution of employment and performance related issues across the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies.
Under the guidance of the Employee Relations Manager, the incumbent provides “front line” support in dealing with employee conflict, poor performance management, grievances, discipline management, investigations and other employee relations matters.

●人事経験(Employee Relations (ER) or Labor Relations (LR) )が5年以上有る方
●大学卒以上
●英語:ビジネスレベル
●Prior experience providing “front line” employee relations support and knowledge of appropriate/compliant processes and tools is required. Knowledge and understanding of applicable labor & employment laws and regulations are required.
●Knowledge and understanding of applicable labor & employment laws and regulations are required.
●Experience with conflict resolution, and dispute resolution programs is required. Prior experience in conducting investigations of workplace issues required.
●Strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate and influence is required
