≪Performance & Development / Learning & Developmentマネージャー≫
The PD/ LD Manager is the promotion and smooth operation of the Leadership and Learning curriculum and the deployment of the 5 key conversations framework across the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, through leading the team of Japan Enterprise PD/ LD Team. Through correct marketing, communication and education support for employees and managers, the PD/ LD Manager will ensure that there is a strong uptake of development planning and associated execution of development activities throughout the J&J family of companies.
The PD/ LD Manager is the primary point of contact for employees and people managers to understand the J&J performance management framework, the 5 key conversations and the leadership & learning curriculum. The incumbent provides direct “hands on support” to employees and managers in reviewing development plans, promoting the J&J training curriculum and delivers some face to face training.

- 必須

●人事経験 8年以上
●Bachelor Degree in HR or related human sciences
●Proven experience in diagnosing organizational needs, designing and implementing solutions to build functional and leadership capability of the organization is required.
●Successful experience in creating and implementing performance, leadership and development activities in complex, multi-functional business environments is required.
