Summary:
Work for a major European heavy tools manufacturer to help them improve their business strategy in Japan by taking a key role in their Finance department.
- 仕事内容

Responsibilities:
Controlling the financial target, budget and result of the company and functions especially sales department and teams.
Conducting budget variance analysis monthly and identifying the cause for deviation, and leading other departments to take corrective actions.
Working with other departments for the company's strategy formulation and execution, for example KPI setting ant tracking.
Conducting financial analysis to support decision making of company and other departments such as sales and marketing.
