Summary:

A great FP&A role has opened up at an international and expanding real estate company that owns and manages Hotels.
仕事内容
Responsibilities:

Analyze the reports of the operations (e.g.. Weekly sales report, weekly operations reports) and highlight any exceptions or concerns to management in a proactive manner
Review project feasibility and provide a critical analysis to Management to support decision making
Prepare the investment analysis and feasibility studies for the Company and new projects
Prepare investor presentation materials and financial modelling for new and existing investments.
Link with the HQ regarding the Investment projects and the financial forecast model which underpins the financial management of the business.
応募資格
必須
BIZ English reading & writing
3 years+ accounting experience
Experience w/Japanese accounting system as well as an ENG accounting system (is a plus)
Proficient with Excel, Words and PowerPoint

Requirements:

Business level English reading and writing (English accounting system)
Over 3 years experience in Accounting (general accounting and/or accounting system migration)
Experience with a Japanese accounting system as well as an English accounting system (is a plus)
Proficient with MS office applications (Excel, Words and PowerPoint)
