- 仕事内容

1.Develop and manage brand planning and execution to optimize growth over a 5–year horizon. Plan, organise, and implement sustainable successful brand building marketing plans consisting of consumer
advertising, promotions, stock coordination, point-of-sale materials,premiums and new
opportunities for all brands. This should be done in conjunction and in alignment with the sales function, and where possible, all trade partners.
2.Develop and apply consumer insights to marketing strategies and execute against brand plans to achieve the net sales targets, whilst managing and controlling the P&I expenses and all other marketing related cost centers.
3.Liaise with Global SBUs & Brand Leaders to identify brand opportunities. Development of NPD plans and brand stretch strategies. Marketing input into acquisition/licensing plans for the division.
4.Identify and act on market trends, customer needs and competitor activities.

- 必須
-
・University graduates level
・Minimum 2 years OTC and / or FMCG experience
・Demonstrable evidence of best practice training & application in key marketing related disciplines (e.g. advertising development, media, insights, trade marketing, integrated
business management, consumer research, innovation, supplier / partner management)
・Computer literacy – Microsoft office
・Excellent written and spoken English
・strategic agility and Busuness Acumen
・Dealing with ambiguity under certain time management
・Process management skill, Problem solving skill
・Interpersonal and conflict management skill
・Analytical Skills
・Strong consumer marketing skills, media planning, creative development
