『Communications & Public Affairs,Staff』
Brand PR:
Lead the planning process, excellent execution, and assure the outstanding delivery with clearly defined KPIs for consumer skincare brands working with internal function and external agency, aligned with new way of marketing
Organizational Communications:
Plan and execute organizational/internal communications initiatives in order to strengthen the employees’ engagement toward our company as well as build confidence in our business, leveraging existing initiatives while also exploring newly-proposed execution
Corporate Communications:
Plan and execute corporate communication initiative to raise the awareness, strengthening the corporate reputation , especially among business person as a great place to work

【必須】
-Basic media relations skills (media insight cultivation, media inquiry handling, media pitching, relation building with key journalists)
-Strategic thinking & holistic point of view for planning
-Strong execution for delivering result
-Understanding for marketing communications/brand PR
-Interpersonal skill for working with others who has different interests
-Native level of Japanese (Speaking, writing, presentation), especially with excellent writing skill in Japanese
-Business level of English (Documentation including e-mail will be required. /TOEIC SCORES: 750 above)

年収：450万円~800万円
昇給：年1回（3月）
賞与：年一括支給（3月）方式 ※営業職のみ年3回で分割支給（6月/12月/3月）
