『System & Program Office Assistant Manager』
【Job Summary】
System & Program Office Manager is required to plan projects to improve efficiency and productivity of the Logistics group based on the directions set by the management. Also manage the projects by leading the entire Logistics group and the other functions.
【Principal Duties and Responsibilities】
<Project planning>
Plan projects to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness following the direction set by the management team. Form cross-functional team for each project to achieve the project goals.
<Project execution>
manage ERP and Process integration task.
1) Project office manager as the integration task. Consolidate the business requirements with the cross-function team and enable to achieve the goal on time.
2) Manage fit and gap summary, schedule tracking, scenario study, document control.on by online tool.
<Routine work review>
Review and manage routine works performed by the team (4 staffs)

●Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point
●Cross functional communication and project management experience and skills
●Ability to email with overseas people in English
●Knowledge on SAP System implementation is advantageous
●Experiences of leading or participating projects to develop operating and SCM system development
●Experience of building upper process and business modeling to develop operating system development
●Experiences of leading or participating the entire company level projects
●Experience in consulting firm focused on supply chain area preferred
●Experience in utilizing Lean process skill & mindset preferred

年収:600万円~900万円の見込み
昇給:年1回(4月)
