≪Strategy Office (Customer Engagement)≫
The Office of Strategy exists to proactively shape and support the ongoing transformation of the company in Japan in alignment with the long range strategic plan of the company.
In addition to driving business strategy the other key priority of this organization is to develop high-potential employees through challenging work assignments and exposure to broad business issues and management perspectives.
To achieve this goal, there are currently five teams under the Japan Strategy Office, Business Innovation (BI), Corporate Strategy & Customer Engagement , Customer Insight & Analytics, Sales Force Effectiveness , Customer Centricity.
Respective teams work in a cross-functional project team environment to develop implementable strategies/business plans, both short-term and long term. These teams will support organizational and process transformation and play a lead role in providing large-scale change management.

≪Strategy Office (Customer Engagement)/Director≫
• Significant experience managing, tracking and reporting on complex strategic projects
• Strong analytical skills (both quantitatively and qualitatively)
• Advance understanding and application of project management methodologies
• Managing and coaching teams
• Communicates effectively with others in individual as well as group situations
• Hands-on, ambitious, self-sufficient and tenacious
• Able to deal with and manage ambiguity
• Has sound understanding of business and the principles of marketing and sales
• Has experience within at least a couple of industries or functions and be an experienced strategic manager and/or have strong project management experience
•Fluent in English and Japanese

•Experience in strategy creation of new channels / non-personal selling.
•Has experience in managing Multi-Channel-Marketing projects or e-promotion team
•Able to establish e-channel/ SNS capabilities based on an in-depth issue and opportunity analysis
•Able to pioneer mobile phone based solutions aimed at improving patient outcomes
•Has experience in developing Inside Sales, Telesales capability
