- Responsible for the accurate financial modeling and investment analysis of real estate investment opportunities
- Other structuring duties including organizing deal information, lender tapping, etc.
- Other general assistant duties to assist sourcing members such as preparation of investment proposals
including presentation materials.

- 必須

- At least three years work experience in investment bank / PE firm / advisory firm.
- Strong financial modeling capability
- Preference for international I-bank experience
- Fluent in budgeting, forecasting, P&L statements, balance sheet and cash flow analysis.
- Advanced Excel is a MUST
- English capabilities at least preparing English materials
- Experience in preparation of management materials (Investors Committee Meeting, etc.)
- Experience in the US (either in school or work) preferred but not required
